Definitely a bare minimum place to stay, room had big yellow stain on the floor & bathroom wall was.weird, but the beds were clean & when all you want to do is sleep while having a stop during multiple travel days, it does the job. Staff at front desk was nice, easy check in and out.

First off, there is no hot tub & you pay to park. The initial impression of the room was great. The room and grounds were clean and attractive. We had booked two nights and stayed in different rooms each night. After settling in, since we have allergies, I checked the AC/heat-pump filter to the rooms and found it to be disgusting (see photo), notified the staff and the manager on Duty came and cleaned it. The TV had problems with the voice surging from low to loud, don’t know what that was all about. The following morning, when the people above us showered twice, our bathroom floor was soaked with a quarter of an inch of water that my wife found when she stepped in it. The morning staff assigned us a new room. Second room was clean and attractive and again I checked the AC filter and again it was filthy. Reported problem to morning staff, we went out and did our sightseeing all day, came back to find no one had addressed our concerns with the AC filter even though we had been promised it would be taken care of when their guy came in to work. Had to call the front desk again about the problem and again the evening manager took it upon herself to come and clean the filter. Bottom line is that the motel was decent in price, very pleasant to look at, beds were comfortable, rooms are clean and the night staff very helpful. We would definitely stay here again, but the first thing I would do is to have the AC filter cleaned as their maintenance staff do not do their Duty.

Our stay was excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. We were pleased to find that all amenities advertised on the website were available and in good condition. The in-room air conditioning worked very well, and the temperature could be adjusted according to our preference. Overall, the property was exceptionally well maintained. Thank you very much for your excellent service and hospitality.

Great location, huge parking at some cost, front desk staff is great and helpfull. Breakfast was not great but there is something to have in the morning prior to you depart for your excursion.

The room was fairly clean but a little too old. The beds were fairly high to get into especially for elderly people. Definitely small room for the price we paid per night. I would have preferred a later breakfast as breakfast finishes at 9:00 a.m. .. the location is very good because it's not too far from the casino. I would not recommend this hotel if you are handicapped as it's not very much accessible. Overall, the stay was good and we decided to stay an extra night and they gave us a reasonable rate for that.

Its a very clean and well kept property. Staff is very friendly. They could provide better quality towels.

We chose this hotel because of the three-queen-beds option. Room was large and the beds were firm/comfortable. However, the room had not been vacuumed. The towels were the smallest and thinnest we’ve ever seen. Most of the outlets in the room did not work. The fridge was broken. The hair dryer was broken. The shower spigot constantly leaked. And a previous guest had left a shirt behind that was not removed from the room. Fair location with a 15-minutes walk to the falls, but a dated property much in need of maintenance.

The amenities were very poor. Small packets of shampoo that were hard to open and didn't contain enough shampoo to wash my short hair. Only one face cloth and hand towel in a room for two people. Hair dryer didn't work Beds were comfortable with enough pillows. There was no where to sit to read a book! Overall I was disappointed with my choice.

Difficulty with the room, no soap in the bathroom. Definitely needs to put more towels out for the guests

For a budget hotel and the price we paid, it was a very nice experience. Room was overall quite clean, I noticed a faint stain on one of the two beds, but it seemed old. The room did have a slight musty smell, but nothing else looked alarming.

If you’re looking for a place that is close to attractions, that is a barebones no frills place then you will be okay. The breakfast is subpar so we went to ihop. The staff was friendly, the room was dated, bed was hard as a rock, shower had good pressure. It was the location that I was looking for.
