The second time I choose Kim Oanh to stay for a few days in Da Lat. I am quite satisfied with the advantages here such as: - The location is very convenient to move, a few meals in front of the market. The back of the hotel is a very busy evening snack bar. - Clean and equipment room, toilet is quite modern and new. - Enthusiastic staff. I just give more suggestions to the hotel about customer services. The thing is, I arrived quite early at around 7:30 am, I would like to check in early to get a room to store my things because we had a plan to rent a car to go out and told the reception that we would leave our luggage at ksan, the reception informed if we received it early. 30% extra room rate will be charged. The problem I want to say here is that I know that in principle, there will be a check-in/out, but if the front desk were more flexible in allowing guests to check in early just to leave their luggage, I would feel much more satisfied. Anw this is just my personal opinion, but I still check in/out according to the hotel's rules and I understand this. A couple of suggestions so that the hotel can consider further improvement.
