This hotel is really near by the night market. The staff is friendly. They support us check-in around 11am. But because of near by market, it will be noisy at night

The staff is okay, but room hygiene needs attention. Occupied rooms need more attention. Maybe I'm a professional so I'm a bit picky (the hotel needs to pay more attention to hygiene such as the bed in the room is not spread out to the standard, the mirror in the bathroom, the toilet bowl is not cleaned, the dust is not wiped,...) because compared to the general price level, the service needs to be improved.

The room was nice and clean, but smaller than I expected. The refrigerator is not very cool. Receptionist is very sweet. There is also a convenience store in front of the hotel that sells sundries. The location is very close to the market. Overall 10 points.

Đường vào tuy 1 chiều hơi bất tiện cho việc tìm kiếm cho các bạn đi xe máy ngày đầu tiên thôi. Hôm sau là quen ngay Hẹn Đà Lạt lần nghỉ ngơi sau tại Kim Oanh Orchids Hotel

Wifi here is very poor. I stayed for 3 days but could hardly use wifi here, nice new hotel, right next to the center, convenient to travel

The second time I choose Kim Oanh to stay for a few days in Da Lat. I am quite satisfied with the advantages here such as: - The location is very convenient to move, a few meals in front of the market. The back of the hotel is a very busy evening snack bar. - Clean and equipment room, toilet is quite modern and new. - Enthusiastic staff. I just give more suggestions to the hotel about customer services. The thing is, I arrived quite early at around 7:30 am, I would like to check in early to get a room to store my things because we had a plan to rent a car to go out and told the reception that we would leave our luggage at ksan, the reception informed if we received it early. 30% extra room rate will be charged. The problem I want to say here is that I know that in principle, there will be a check-in/out, but if the front desk were more flexible in allowing guests to check in early just to leave their luggage, I would feel much more satisfied. Anw this is just my personal opinion, but I still check in/out according to the hotel's rules and I understand this. A couple of suggestions so that the hotel can consider further improvement.
