The room was fine. Funky smell for a while but aired out. Pool and chairs fine. Plenty of towels. Good beach access w/in 3-5 minute walk. Danny Bouys it loud and could be heard from our room. Good place for the price.

Grace Bay Suites was nice overall. We had to move from 2nd flr to 1st flr because of girlfriends hip. No elevator so had to move down to 1st level. Place was good but had to have maintenance replace light bulb in shower and fix drain plate which was loose. Had plenty of towels, AC worked very good, nice bed and TV worked fine. Eben at front desk was excellent and gave $20 vouchers for breakfast at Shay Cafe. She was very pleasant and very responsive to our needs. We had free beaches lounge chairs and umbrella at the Grace Bay Beach which is a 15 min walk to beach or 2 min drive by car to lot with free parking. Pathway to beach for our hotel took a 2 min walk to beach. This is a 3-4 star place not luxurious but has been rennovated as advertised. It is centrally located to many restaurants and shops which is very convenient but be prepared to walk if you don't have a car. Castaway Bar and Danny Boys right close by for night life.

The rooms were very well equipped and very comfortable. Balcony was delightful overlooking the pool. We appreciated the short walk to the beach and the chairs and umbrella.

The location was great! The room needed some upgrades especially the bathroom. Dark shower without lights. There is a safe in the room however it was small, light and anyone could have picked it up and left with it because it wasn’t locked down in the furniture or tied to anything. We enjoyed having the breakfast vouchers, with more than one option, those are a good idea!

My family and I spent one week at this property. We did not have any issues. It was centrally located to all the shopping areas and just a walk away to the beach.

We were a family of 5 staying at this hotel. The staff are very nice and welcoming. We had breakfast included which came in the form of vouchers to 3 different restaurants nearby. We tried them all and all of them are really good. On the first day we had a little issue with hot water but they took care of the issue promptly and also compensated us. If your looking for a 5 star hotel this isn't your place. But if your looking for a budget friendly or a hotel that accommidates 5 or maybe more this is your place. Location is great. You are literally on the main street with all the nice restaurants to try. And the beach is a 5 to 10 min walk. They have dedicated chairs and umbrellas at the beach reserved for the hotel at the beach. Taxis are very very expensive in Turks so we were lucky that everything was at walking distance including they Thursday fish fry was only about a 20 min walk. The pool is a little on the smaller side but the kids still enjoyed it. The beds were very comfortable. There is a small fridge and microwave in the room.

Grace Bay Suites is a remodeled three story motel that has a small pool with lounge chairs as well as lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach, which is a 3-5 minute walk. The front desk has towels for the pool or beach. The staff is friendly and helpful and responded to requests quickly. The worst thing is noise from two close bars which have bands or karaoke multiple nights per week: we were woken in the night twice due to the noise. The room was mostly clean: the bathroom could use more attention- dirty floor and mildew smell in the shower. There was a small fridge, safe, tv with cable (spotty), and microwave in the room. WiFi with decent speed covered the room and pool area. There are many restaurants, a grocery, and retail stores within a short walk. The area was safe to walk even after dark. We enjoyed our stay, but would pick a different property if we return.

We loved the beach area reserved for your guests. We were grateful for the breakfast vouchers. Our room #303 had shower head pipe with multiple pin hole leaks, water control valve head didn’t work properly, toilet has broken bolt at bottom so it moved on us. Your website paints a different picture than what we experienced!

Very nice location..central to everything

The manager at the front desk gave us no information about anything we ask other ppl that stayed there. We had no clue how the breakfast worked there. Fridge didn’t work tv worked 1 night! Very disappointed! It was convenient and the housekeepers kept room clean!

Great location - we were close to grocery store- places to eat and shopping Loved the beach access and the area designated for the hotel Not super friendly but answered all questions we had Breakfast was not at the hotel - given a choose of 3 and then had to pay as it was always higher than the $10 given Pool was nice and kept very clean (small) but we spent our time on the beach

Great location, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Close to beach. Room was spacious but could definitely use some painting and cleanup.

I don’t mind staying at this place, the next time I visit the T&C islands.

Great location. Room was clean. Beds are comfortable. Maid service was excellent. Front desk very helpful. TV didn't work for the first few days but new batteries in the remote fixed that. Breakfast vouchers came in handy. The grocery store is excellent for picking up lunch and snacks. It's within walking distance and is the cheapest place to buy food and drinks. It's worth the walk. Use bug spray. Sand fleas or mosquitos are biting. 3 min walk to the beach. Grace Bay is good value in a very expensive place. Location is outstanding. Always got an umbrella and chair at the reserved beach area. Pool was busy and not many chairs so it's first come first serve. Recommend dinner that the Deck restaurant at Seven Seas Resort. Grace Bay Beach is absolutely beautiful and the locals are very friendly. The ocean water at the beach is clear, warm and clean.
