First of all, I arrived around 10 am. There is no place to leave luggage. Need to place it in the lobby where anyone can take it away without notice. Checked in at 11 pm at night. I was given a small round (downgraded) After complain, I was given a round badly prepared. And dirty with many cockroaches running around. I stay 2 nights, I left the key at the reception and expected them to clean the room. When returned at night, I found the room was not cleaned and no new tower been replace. Complain at the reception and was scolded and the receptionist (an old man) told me off and said that I do not give instruction to clean the room. Really ridiculous excuse. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Waste of money cockroach in room a lot I ask hotel to change bedsheets they can't change. Because this budget hotel daily can't change so we staying free right? We all not paying? F*** *** lah hotel.😡 better close hotel. Hotel p******. I paid for 2 nights now check out waste my money 1 night no refunds. Please online agent don't spoil your name. Please remove hotel like this I'm your long time customer first time it happened like this😡👊
