At first glance at the photo on the app, it didn't seem appealing. But once we arrived at the inn, it turned out to be really nice 👍 The building is vintage but nice, the room is okay, the AC is cold, only the bathroom door can be closed. For the outside: the arrangement of the plants is very neat & beautiful, the staff are all friendly, the breakfast is quite satisfying and tastes good. Recommendations for others 👍

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are also friendly and helpful. The morning atmosphere is peaceful and calm, plus the fog in the rice fields is even more intense. As the sun rises, the incised hills become a very beautiful backdrop.

Close to Puthuk Setumbu to see the sunrise and the Chicken Church. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by corn fields. 10 minutes from Borobudur and Mendut temples.

Kami bermalam di Balkondes Karangrejo untuk 1 malam dan kami menempati family room 7. Dalam family room terdapat 3 kamar tidur, 2 kamar mandi serta ruang tamu. Kami sangat puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Semua yang bekerja di sana ramah, helpful, dan fast respon. Restoran yang ada juga menyajikan makanan dan minuman khas pedesaan dengan rasa yang nikmat. Untuk breakfast kami mendapat menu nasi goreng dengan telur dadar dan 2 jenis snack serta kopi, teh, dan infused water. Kami juga menyewa VW untuk tour keliling di 2 UMKM yang diinfokan oleh pihak Balkondes juga. Pokoknya paket komplit jika bermalam di sini. Dengan papan yang terdapat di area spot foto di resto "Datang Nyaman, Pulang Senang", rasanya tak berlebihan. It was such a lovely moment there. Thank you Balkondes Karangrejo 😍

Sangat puas sekali, suasana nyaman sekali, kebersihan ok banget, petugas membantu sangat ramah, lokasi ok banget, banyak spot foto, pokoknya ingin kembali lagi, bikin nagih.

Good location, quite clean, good breakfast.

Kesan pertama tuh menyenangkan. Tapi waktu malam tiba nyamuk mulai berdatangan. Keesokan harinya waktu buka tirai jendela, ternyata jendela dalam keadaan terbuka, ya pantes nyamuk masuk. Apa nggak dicek ya sama petugasnya sebelum tamu datang, Padahal saya late check in loh. Saya pesan 1 queen bed tapi dapetnya 2 single bed, padahal saya datang sendirian. Kemudian nggak dapet kupon untuk sarapan padahal di keterangannya dapet free breakfast. Guci di kamar juga ada botol kosong, sampah tamu sebelumnya, artinya petugasnya kurang teliti ketika membersihkan kamar. Waktu saya check out petugasnya nggak ada sama sekali, padahal saya terburu-buru karena sudah dijemput jasa antar jemput online, akhirnya kunci kamar saya letakkan di meja resepsionis tanpa ada yang say goodbye. Kembali kesana lagi, pikir-pikir dulu deh.

Ngga bisa tidur, suara konser sampe larut malam! Air shower kecil, setelah complain ternyata pompa pendorongnya belum dihidupkan, Sarapan pagi ditunggu jam 7 belum ready juga, ternyata harus masak satu per satu. Over rate dengan service seperti itu.

Tidak sesuai dengan harga, karena view yang ditawarkan juga bukan totally rice field seperti di Ubud. Ketika stay di sana, sangat bising dengan suara sound music sampai tengah malam, dan air shower yang kecil ketika mandi. Untuk breakfast kita harus order dulu berkali-kali ke staff baru di-prepare, dan itu hanya nasi goreng kampung saja. Staff juga harus lebih dilatih hospitality-nya.

First, I saw the photo in the under estimate application but it turned out to be really good and the facilities are very complete, yes (you can see from the photo I uploaded in this review) the only minus yesterday was that the night light didn't turn on but it's okay hihi, I ordered extra bed 1 already includes breakfast also (yesterday the menu was delicious fried chicken with chili sauce, you can get snacks & the joy of drinking can be iced tea), breakfast e at the restaurant has a really good view, room e is spacious, you can add extra beds, there's still space, it fits really well in front of the gasblock cafe those who really want to come, just walk. If you want to come here, it's a small way to enter the village, but it's easy to just follow maps, for sure me & my friends, "the staycation here yesterday was very satisfied.

Worth it every penny! The place is suitable for healing from the hustle and bustle of the city with a rural atmosphere. Every cottage is very clean with every detail if you pay attention to it. Need contemporary food in the style of a fancy restaurant? It's in Tuntrum. Need activities other than staying overnight? Please choose what is relaxing, adventure to catch the sunrise. Staff service? Incredibly friendly. Definitely we will come back one day.

Great place to stay in borobudur.

The place is recommended for those who bring parents because the air is good and the place is quiet, the food is delicious and the hotel staff are all friendly .

Great experience for the 2 nights stay we had at Balkondes Karangrejo. Great value, clean, friendly staff, strategically located to borobudur, punthuk setumbu, bukit rhema. Over delivered our expectation. The getuk trio for breakfast was so yummy. And we got keripik singkong as souvenir. Definitely will come back!

Very good place for rest & refreshing. The place is clean, and the service is satisfactory.

The location is easy to reach, even not so close to Borobudur. We can see the Perbukitan Menoreh very clear. The room is clean, the staffs are helpful. The people surrounding is awesome.

Lingkungan bersih, nyaman, udara sejuk, kamar bersih, staff sangat ramah dan care, lumayan dekat dari Borobudur, feels like home banget, harus lebih dari sehari menginap disini biar puas. Next kesini lagi, terimakasih.
