It was a great little spot with a wonderful restaurant!

The Air conditioner worked. That was good. However, we were concerned to find debris on the bed … bits of sand and some dead bugs on top of the sheets. The bed is right underneath the A/C unit … maybe debris blown onto the bed when the A/C was turned on? The office was closed by the time we noticed at bedtime, so we could not change rooms or request fresh sheets (the sheets also had stains on them). As a result, we just shook out the sheets outside and remade the bed. No mattress pad so the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The room was a bit shabby as well … chips and scratches in the paint on the walls, especially by the closet doors. The staff was great at check-in and check-out and the bathroom was clean. Overall, not a great experience, but not absolutely horrible either.

Close to the airport so convenient for overnights. Dinner was good. Thin walls meant next doors morning tv (7.30am) was really loud in the room. A/c worked effectively. Good shower. No bedside lamps and socket next to bed wouldn’t charge phone

A very beautiful place to stay ! It was our last stop before we returned home, and it was close to the airport. It had everything we needed including a pool, restaurant, and a shuttle.

I was very disappointed in the staffs helpfulness or attitude.

diner was good but the server was horrible, rude she was rushing us threw the dinner, didn't even say thank you

Old school Belize style, If you want a true Belize,nature experience. This is a great spot, Not a fancy hotel/casino. But offers really good food, expect longer wait times, Soon come! Overall, a hotel w character Watch out for the crocodile 🐊

Great place to stay

The grounds are beautiful but rooms are outdated, staff was nice specially Patricia at the front desk! Complementary breakfast is only a tiny cup of yogurt with fruit and toast, the rest of the menu is good but pricey compared to all other restaurants and places I visited while in BZE.

Complimentary Breakfast was very Basic. And we could order additional items with pay bt that is needed.

The pool is nice. You can’t swim in the river or sea. The food is good! It’s a bit of a rough road in. It’s really safe.

The food was over priced to what we paid at surrounding restaurants. The cabins were nice and staff was nice.

Disappointed. Not friendly. Expensive menu. Close to airport. Clean bed. Good shower.

There are nothing close by . Only option is stay and spend the time there but might be ok if you choose not to travel around. Should have own car or cab to access this place.

This hotel is a quiet gem off the beaten path. The staff are very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. The pool area also great for a quick dip. The most surprising is the food at the restaurant - that red snapper was the best I ate across my travels to Belize!!!! The only negative is the water surrounding the area is unswimable. I stayed for one night and it was great for my time there.

Great spot when you have a last minute flight cancellation. Staff allowed us to use pool and get a meal while we waited for our room to be ready.

The on site restaurant had wonderful staff and delicious food. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The location was safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are modest/rustic but clean. We were able to stay an extra night but had to move from a suite to a cabana. The cabana was not level and felt like you were leaning. The mattresses in both were old and had springs that poked you while sleeping. The staff at the cafe on Sunday were shady; they told us to bring them our food and drinks and they would cook/serve them for us. We never got them back, and they charged us for a meal! I would not go back again.

Couldn't swim in water due to crocodiles;restaurant at the property had ridiculously long waits for the menu and the food; pool was nice and also clean;will not be returning
