Booked a 3 night stay, everything was good up until we walked into our room. The room wasn’t cleaned properly or maybe even at all. Bed linens, pillow cases, sheets and duvets were stained and dirty. Cupboards and cabinets were sticky inside and out. found numerous pieces of garbage spread around the room. Toilet paper roll was not changed out and there was feces left on it by the last guest (luckily I noticed it before I went and grabbed toilet paper). The bathroom was not restocked, so there were no towels.

Hotel was nice, breakfast was good. We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. We picked this hotel for a 3 day stay, and would likely have gone elsewhere had we known the pool was not open. They should have offered us a discount or free night, or something.

House keeping

Very clean hotel with friendly staffs. Kids loved the automatic hot chocolate/coffee machine, candy corner. Decent breakfast. Great stay over for family.

Nice clean hotel in a safe location

Place was good enough. Pool and hot tub were down. Not worth the money i paid.

Good new hotel but for what I paid there should’ve been hot water in the shower, water in the shower was luke warm…let it run late at night & mid day but sink had hot water.

Gym OK but not great. Hallways too hot. Breakfast very normal.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times, and it’s a lovely experience every time. Very friendly, and helpful staff.

Room was not cleaned even after I specifically put the tag in the door to clean it. I was told multiple times the they would mention it to the manager and next time book through the hotel not a third party like Expedia like I did. Not happy about that comment.

Wasn’t able to check into my room at 4:39am bc they didn’t allow me too. Lost 200$ just like that
