I had an amazing time at the Planet Hollywood Cancun. The Guest Services' team was awesome thinking about every detail. A special thank you to Gael and Alma, who made my birthday celebration a really spcecial one.

I loved the service provided by Gael and Alma. They do a great job to make your stay very pleasant, they make the difference. They had a lovely touch for my son's birthday that I will never forget. If you are a guest who books through Expedia, you have many advantages.

Too big and very long lineups but overall nice experience

On our stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun we were pleasantly surprised to have received extra status as Expedia Members. At Check in we received an Expedia bracelet that gave us VIP access to certain areas and discounts. The best part of this privilege was that we were also assigned butlers at check in. Our morning butler was Gael and evening butler was Itai. They made a text group chat for us so they could attend to our needs at all times. They made our experience smooth and effortless. We highly recommend either Gael and Itai to attend to your needs. The resort was beautiful and the staff friendly and attentive and the food was great especially at the specialty restaurants.

Interesting entertainment

Gael, Alma and José Luis were constantly taking care of us and our needs 😀. We had to require water many times, only two elevators and sometime out of order, many maintenance jobs in the facilities.

En general todo estuvo muy bien. Lo único que recomendaría es mejorar la calidad de la comida al cuarto y del buffet.

The vacation started rough with no blankets and calls at midnight waking everyone, to no available dinner reservations. That said, along came our savior….Alma! She was our Expedia person and she managed to fix everything from blankets, to dinner reservations etc. anything we needed she was there helping us figure it out. We added her on WhatsApp and she reached each day to make sure we had the best family vacation possible. It was so great we will be back next year with the whole broader family! Thank you Alma you made our family vacation one we will never forget. I really hope next year you’ll still be there and you can meet the broader family. Thank you Planet Hollywood for designing a wonderful hotel.

Our expedia representative at the property, Luis, was amazing! He reponded quickly to text requests to help secure dining reservations. The property was beautiful with all room balconies facing into the central area, no bad views! The lazy river was excellent.

Our family vacations in Planet Hollywood was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every aspect of the resort was created with families in mind, offering both luxury and comfort while catering to guests of all ages. The resort was also ideally located with high lights on the dining experience. The restaurants had diverse menus with delicious options for both kids and adults.
