We stayed a night , liked parking and buffet breakfast Room was good as well

The place was fairly clean. Breakfast included was good. It was great easy access to parking and the fact it was rainy and underground parking connected to hotel was helpful. Only thing shower shampoo and gel was not sufficient so was hard to use. I noticed hand stained walls not sure why it was not clean and the showerhead spray seems to need to be changed because the way it sprays was not one that could be adjusted. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the stay was ok until our checkout. Adolfo, who was in charge of the front desk on Sunday and was really rude when I inquired about a possible late-checkout due to my health condition. He showed no sympathy and answered in the most rude way possible that we had to leave asap. I asked about late checkout knowing that the hotel was empty on this day, pretty much we were the only guests along with 5 more people. I hope this review comes across and he can be trained properly to at least be polite with guests.

El servicio y limpieza del lugar es buena. Sin embargo, nunca nos tomaron la temperatura aunque sí tenía gel, signos para marcar la distancia y personal con cubrebocas. El desayuno estuvo feo, ya que no manejan variedad de opciones. Las habitaciones son pequeñas

My stay at the hotel was good however on the website it said the hotel was 1 minute from the Centro which is incorrect. It is really a 25 minute walk not one minute... Please correct on the website.

It was a new and beautiful hotel. They had great COVID prevebtion guidelines in place. A mat to wipe your feet as you go in, everyone wears face masks, hand ssnitizer readily available at the counter and near elevators, and takr your temperature before proceeding to the counter. The customer service was great. However, my room had many spiders that I unfortunately received many bites from, and I picked this hotel specifically for its price and laundry service. Sadly, there was no laundry services available.

Good location, feels safe. Wings and healthy sandwiches right on front. Also a store besides the hotel.

Nice staff and good value but bed made a lot of noise and very weird bathroom with a shower that was at my shoulder level and no door (I was given an accessible room, which I didn't ask for, in a hotel with plenty of empty rooms).

Super nice, staff at the reception was very kind.
