Staff was extremely helpful. I had an issue with a reservation that took 6 months to get resolved, The site implied you could get food and beverages however there was nothing on site.

Rayz Eiffel was the best hotel I could have stayed in for my first time in Paris. Location was great. Only a 8 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooftop view was spectacular. Breakfast was also really good.

Really good location to most of the attractions. The staff was excellent. They made sure our stay smooth. My only gripe is the hotel did not have air conditioning. luckily the weather was a little cool and we had a room that had a patio, so we were able to open the window. And the tub in the bathroom has one of those half shower doors so the water gets all on the floor. Other than that, I would recommend

Bonjour! This is a lovely boutique hotel which aims to accommodate the type of stay their guest desires. It is very posh, in a classy, elegant style. The room amenities are spot on, the bed cozy, and a lovely layout in the superior room. Many local shops nearby, easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, which you can see the top of from the street side of the hotel. If you prefer a quiet night in, room service was excellent and fast. I only wish there were a few more beverage options. The staff was excellent! They will engage and help as much or as little as you need. I definitely will be back!

Wonderful Hotel

Wonderful hotel near Eiffel Tower. The roof top terrace is amazing. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

This is a great place to stay, right in the heart of Paris. My wife and I just returned from a week long stay at Rayz Eiffel and loved the hotel's charm and thoughtful amenities. Everyone at Rayz was helpful and friendly, and the views from the rooftop patio can't be beat! Our balcony room offered city views and fresh air, and the room was welcoming to come home to after a long day of walking around the city. We'd stay at Rayz Eiffel next time we're in Paris, highly recommend to others looking to book a hotel in the 7th!

This hotel was small, clean, super close to the Metro M8 station which was really nice and convenient and the staff was great. They have a rooftop patio that you have a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower! We loved sitting up there at night and look around the city and that. They provided a large bottle of free water in the room which was nice. It has a fridge, microwave, stovetop and hair dryer. We would stay here again for sure!

Everything we could have imagined and more. The view from our room was spectacular - Eiffel Tower felt like it was right there. Absolutely incredible. The rooftop was also fantastic with more incredible views. The front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. I actually left my phone in the car that dropped us from the airport and the gentleman at the front desk was not only apologetic and genuinely concerned but also attempted to call the company and sent an email on my behalf. Phone found! We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and design from the lobby to our room. Just perfect. They also recommended a great and reliable car service for you and from the airport. Highly recommend. Only wish we had longer to stay! Thank you and hope to return in the future.
