Something else , i have paid breakfast for 2 but was allowed for only one

A GEM in the city. Excellent clean rooms, Clean Washrooms, Ourstanding food. Car Parking space. Very Courteous staff.

Superb facility, best class employee and very nice place to stay.

The rooms are clean & spacious. The check-in process is smooth. They have a restaurant downstairs that serves healthy veg options. Parking is an issue as there are 4/5 car park options.

Overall my stay was brilliant. The only flaw was the room I stayed in was just above the kitchen area of cleaning of pots and pans. This was in the courtyard or open space beside the main building. I could quite distinctly hear the clutter and noise till midnight. Admittedly the noise was worse at the weekend. The remainder of the week it was more subdued. All other aspects of my stay was great. The staff were courteous, kind and always helpful. The restaurant was excellent, especially as it catered for my gluten free status - being Coeliac.

Hotel Centro with a modern design is a property I would recommend. Security is fantastic. The reception and the rooms are magnificent.

It’s well maintained. Only thing to be mentioned is back side rooms has a disturbing noise of utensils cleaning probably.

Centro is located at very convenient place. New contemporary concept design. Rooms are small but rest is good for comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It may be helpful if they have a bit of storage space for guest's belongings which are used during the stay.

Worst experience I ever had. It was marked as a 3 star hotel but I would say it's just a 1 star hotel with a little more cleanliness. Bad: Very small room The bathroom shower was terribly bad, suddenly it was giving extremely hot water and suddenly cold water. No guest supplies, you have to buy everything. Poor light management in room. Bed was ok ok Prices are high compared to other big cities like Bangalore, Tokyo Good: Cleanliness Location Expensive but good restaurant I would say it was a cheap quality hotel, no standardization.

One can hear noise from other rooms as the floorplan is compact with doors of rooms next to each other. In the common tea/coffee facility in the lobby the water was lukewarm with no provision for boiling it.

It was amazing staying at Centro... Comfy room... Nice breakfast....

He was very friendly and gave detailed responses. The room is also very cute, and I'm grateful that I can use the hot shower without any problems. thank you very much. The restaurant is delicious and they even bring food to your room. it's the best. The only thing is that the room cleaning time is late at 3pm, so you can't use the room during that time. I still want to use it!

Overall clean. But in the details, not so... Bathroom not fully cleaned.
