Stayed for 2 nights, thank God the service was very good in all aspects.

The location is great, there are many food vendors on the side, the food is less varied, the bathroom is a bit smelly, parking is a bit difficult if you bring a car, the security staff are not friendly, they are just busy playing games, I was left parked, after I got out they asked for the key even though my car was in the front, they should have directed me to the parking position, the rest is okay, improve cleanliness and service, it would be a shame if it is not improved even though the location is the best.

The hotel is quite good and clean. The view is beautiful in front of the Kayan River. It just needs to upgrade some of the facilities.

The staff were not very friendly, the breakfast was not very varied, the room door lock often got stuck so it was noisy if you wanted to remove the key you had to try several times, stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, after only 2 days the TV service was no longer accessible 😓

My first experience staying here, I liked the balcony view of the Kayan River. The room was clean, the sarban sheets smelled good, but unfortunately the room smelled of cigarettes. After I asked, it turned out to be a smoking room. It's a shame even though the room is well maintained. Hopefully it can be a concern in the future.

It's fun because it's close to the city, there are children's games in front, a place to hang out and market snacks.

The hotel is located right on the side of the Kayan River. On the 2nd floor there is a terrace with tables and chairs, you can look out over the Kayan River and the road. In front of the hotel there are many food stalls at night. The hotel is close to the start of the Car Free Day location. The hotel security below is not functioning. We passed by him as if he was no one. He didn't even look, let alone greet the guests. Breakfast was served late, even though we wanted to go to CFD and church.

You can directly see the view of the river, the roadside, in the afternoon there are many snacks sold across from the hotel. Got a room with a clogged bathroom drain, no mat in the bathroom.

The room is nice and clean, the location is also good, only the breakfast menu needs to be more varied.

The water in the bathroom did not flow into my room when I stayed overnight at the hotel.
