This is a Japanese hotel, in an area with a lot of Japanese and Korean restaurants and shops. The area is quite different to the old town - very few tourists but pretty nice.
The hotel itself was a basic clean Japanese style. Good room and bathroom. Staff really only speak very basic English but are nice.

I was satisfied with the cost by performance.
I stayed here for 16 nights.
The staff speaks Japanese, whose attitudes are polite and bright.
The room was upgraded and clean.
They serve free laundry service up to 5 pieces/day, free dinner curry, rice and miso soup during 5-8pm, followed by free rice ball and miso soup during 8-10pm. Perfectly amazing!!!

Ett hotell med en helt okej standard som framförallt är tyst!
Rummet i gott skick, inte mega modernt men i klass med ett klassiskt Scandic rum.
Ordentlig städning och byte av sänglakan och örngott.
Ren avstädning och påfyllning av det en resenär behöver.

フロントは日本語対応可能で部屋も綺麗で清潔でした。TOTOのウォシュレット完備。
最上階には大浴場、フロント横には昼間はコーヒー飲み放題のビジネスセンターや会議室まであります。
この価格でこれは素晴らしいです。
夜食に無料のおにぎりとお味噌汁まで！

日本人街の街中にあるにもかかわらず、部屋の静寂さはキープされていて、睡眠を邪魔するような事は無い。禁煙室を希望したが全く異臭はしなかった。

日本語対応可能で親切なスタッフがいて、安心して過ごせました。宿も綺麗ですし、wifiも使えます。
ハノイの色んなホテルに泊まってきましたが、この品質でこの価格帯はなかなかないです。
が、周辺環境の治安は悪くないのですが日本人男性向けのお店がチラホラあるので、女性は入るお店をよく調べてから散策したほうがよいです。

毎度ハノイに来た際には宿泊しているが、設備や備品は段々古くなっている。特にタオル類は一新した方が良い。また、シャワーは、どう浴びても、浴室に水が弾くので、シャワーカーテン等導入しては？

男湯♨️の湯船の広いところが水で狭いところがお湯で普通は逆なのでは？と思った。(以前何度かこのホテルを利用しましたが広い湯船がお湯でした。)湯船のお湯の温度も低く、水の温度も冷たくない、今回は中途半端な男湯でした。
