Sorry banget, baru nyampe langsung diminta pajak Rp. 15.000 (padahal saya sudah bayar lunas +pajak lewat aplikasi) resepsionis nya dikasih tau malah judes. Diantar ke kamar, tapi belum di pel. Pel nya didepan kami. Dan ditinggal gitu aja, ga prepare banget🥲 lantai masih basah banget.- kasur apek.- aroma kamar bau peju.- jendela lepas.- kamar mandi ada kondom.- jorok.- handuk kasar. Aku & suami tidak jadi nginap. Milih pergi dan langsung pindah ke hotel yang lebih layak, dari pada istirahat malah bikin badan gatel dan aroma kamar tidak sedap. 👎🏻

Kamar bocor. Berisik. Air mandi dan air cebok campur satu ember. Tidak ada air panas. Sprei, handuk lusuh.

I was forced to stay at this hotel because on my trip to Sukabumi this time I only needed a place to sleep for about 3-4 hours and taking another hotel felt like a waste of my budget. One of the worst experiences that I have ever had was to stay in the hotel. The number one reason is that the water won't come out of the tap. Luckily there is a tub so you can still use the water from the tub, why don't you ask the hotel staff because you are in a hurry after checking in and dropping off your items, you only have 5-10 minutes to get to the event venue. The second reason was that after returning from the event early in the morning (1.30 AM) the room lights wouldn't turn on. There was a problem with the light switch because I was tired and had to go to sleep because at 05.00 AM I had to catch the train so I was too lazy to call the hotel staff again. The third reason is that you wake up at approx 04.00 AM and suddenly there is a rat eating a box of rice that you didn't get to eat from the event, why is there a rat in the room? Really? It's better if you open the bedroom door and come in from there, it still makes sense, where did you come in from? And when I kicked it out, the rat got into the bed. So that means there are mice under the bed. If you check in at this hotel, arrive at exactly 14.00, if you arrive earlier you won't be given early check in, even though at other hotels in Sukabumi some are given early check in if the room is ready. For those of you who don't like dirty toilets, please don't try to stay here because there are lots of animals like ants, small insects in the hotel bathroom so you definitely won't be able to use the bathroom. And the room layout is very different from the one in the photo, maybe the one in the photo makes the room rate more expensive because I took the cheapest one on the application. But for me, the price is 100k, it's better to stay in a capsule hotel (in Jakarta, capsule hotels are 100k, more clean and at least no mouse inside the room) but because in Sukabumi city center there aren't any, so for a place just for a short sleep, there's no other choice. , so if you have a work trip to Sukabumi, it's better to spend a budget of 300k-400k for a hotel because the 100k hotels in Sukabumi are really bad.
