We enjoyed our stay at susuranso, The staff were so helpfull , even organised tickets for komagatake ropeway for us. The hotel is very clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains.

Everything else about the property is fine... but the onsen was patronized by local customers with full body tattoos. We were not comfortable with that.

雨中登山の後の宿泊でした。濡れた装備､衣服を乾かすためにスキー乾燥室を使わせていただけました。ロビーでは浮世絵ギャラリーがあり､質の高い逸品が展示され､なかなかいい時間が過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

朝食付きにしたのですが、6時に出ると言ったら持ち運びできるようにおにぎりとおかずを準備してくれました。とても良かったです。 温泉のお湯は熱すぎず良かった。

なにより食事がとても良かったです。地元お野菜を一つ一つ手作りで調理されていて、優しい味がしました。1人づつお釜で出されたご飯は、無農薬のミルキークイーン。 ただ、１番近いコンビニが車で5分と少し不便に感じましたが、必要な物をしっかり準備して行けば問題ないと思います。 施設は清潔感があり、スタッフの方もとても親切かつ丁寧で温かみのある宿でした。
