The room smelled musty and the bathroom was slippery and had a very strong smell of urine, making it uncomfortable, the receptionist was slow to respond and unable to help.

The TV wouldn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and it smelled.... I asked to move rooms too.

👎 Not according to the review, the room is stuffy, the walls are moldy, booked and paid via the app when checking out, not yet paid so paid directly to the reception. Not recommended.

This price does not match the condition of the room. The glass in the room was blurry and the bathroom walls were dirty and the bathroom smelled. Pillows are also very thin.

If you want to stay here, it's better to think again. So think again if you want to stay here. When I went to sleep there were still the previous person's underwear. Worst hotel stay experience. Highly not recommended as accommodation.

Strategic location in the middle of the busy city of Ternate.

The price of the hotel is 3 stars but the facilities are boarding houses, the TV only has 3 channels, the toilet door is broken, the water is not smooth, the hot water does not turn on, the mattress makes plastic noises, the toiletries are not prepared. Drinking water and wifi were asked to just be given. Breakfast has no side dishes, just the location wins. Disappointing.

The location is very strategic, anywhere near. Mainly to the Grand Mosque of All Munawar. But my room needs repair for the bathroom door handle. Apart from that very satisfying.

Still need more improvement about the bathroom and breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights, but free drinks in Kaai only once when first entering the room were never cleaned.
