Perfect overnight stay in seaford when visiting the 7 sisters. Staff was just amazing and food was awesome! Rooms were great. Def recommend

Tired decor with cracks in the ceiling. There was a tray with kettle and cups etc in the room but it was filthy and stained.

Staff were very friendly…however hotel room was not great…very tired, bed had a slab of foam as a mattress topper and mattress needed replacing…although appeared clean the bathroom looked grubby with the shower soap holder showing signs of rust..shower glass was not cleaned, toilet seat needs to be put on straight, toilet wall holder falling off the wall…I don’t normally leave a poor review but have to on this occasion as some money needs to be spent on the accommodation…also the plug socket by the bed was hangling off..shame as staff were great…

I wanted a simple B&B after Glyndebourne, and this was exactly the thing. Very helpful about a late arrival, very friendly reception, nice and quiet room with everything working well, and very close to the sea. Absolutely delicious bacon sandwich for breakfast. I’ve got another booking for early August.

Booked as visiting family location & room were ok & staff friendly but really need new beds as they had passed their best!

Friendly, helpful staff; an easy check-in; clean, comfortable room (ours looked out toward the ocean which was a plus). Most importantly for us, it was steps away from the train station, from a supermarket for supplies, and from the trailhead for an extensive system of hiking trails leading to some truly unique and wonderful landscapes. Highly recommended.

The room was comfortable. The food was delicious. Every member of staff I saw was helpful. It is situated within a short walk to the town and the seafront. It is my second time staying there and I would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient in centre of seaford. Large room with sea view! Simple but comfortable. Ideal for walkers on the coast path. Had a nice fish pie in the bar too.

Busy and happy pub with very helpful staff

The staff were so lovely, and breakfast was delicious and very generous. There was a large wedding and golf party the night of our stay which made it quite loud until late, but this cannot be helped. Good value for money

Room was clean and excellent size, though saying sea view was pushing it as that was only visible in top right corner of the dirty window. No food available at 6pm on Sunday evening and the general decor of the pub and facilities is pretty poor. Fine for a short overnight stay but place needs an upgrade

The hotel is above a pub. The pub food is good and economical compared to many other restaurants and pubs in the area. Our room, 101, was spacious with two windows. It had high ceilings and its own bathroom and shower. There was comfortable single sofa chair, and desk and chair.

We ordered a fresh breakfast from a menu. All of the choices were economical.

everything ok staff very helpful and corrected a hiccup immediately no problem

Great location, great and inexpensive food, staff made you feel at home. Loved to pub. Would stay there again.
