Kotor tidak terawat, debu dan sarang laba-laba besar-besar dimana-mana, sampah tisu-tisu bekas penghuni sebelumnya di kamar mandi penuh tidak di buang petugas hotel, hotel gelap kurang pencahayaan mulai dari luar sudah gelap sekali, kesan angker dan tidak kotor, jendela kamar tidak ada kuncinya, AC, kamar mandi juga kotor, air kecil mengalirnya padahal di lantai dasar.

Kami dapat kamar ini darurat dan memang dimaklumi - sesuai harga. Tapi untuk input; mungkin kamar bisa di cat ulang, ganti perangkat rusak (meja kursi sudah rusak parah, colokan tercanut dari socket, TV tidak menyala, AC yang hanya angin: tidak dingin, dispenser umum pun rusak). Ganti sprei dan sarung bantal berkala agar tamu bisa tidur agak nyaman. Seharusnya jika tamu pertama menginap maka kesan yang dihadirkan positif, walaupun memang sederhana tapi paling tidak kamar bersih dan terawat.

Saya gak jadi nginep sini, kondisinya gak banget, anak saya gak mau masuk kamar, lampunya mungkin 3watt-an. Sampai saya gak bisa foto kamarnya. Resepsionis gak ada di tempat. Jadi by phone. Agen online mestinya mikir buat posting tempat ini. Coba deh di cek lagi. Foto kamar sepertinya pake lampu flash jadi keliatan terang. Beda banget sama aslinya.

Tidak jadi saya tempati, tidak ada resepsionis hanya by phone dan kamar kurang bersih apalagi kamar mandinya.

Kamarnya sangat kotor.. suasananya agak horor.
