Dirty unit, lots of hair on the floor, blankets are dirty and have white and red spots, electrical sockets without covers are very dangerous, bathroom is slippery and mossy

Hi sis, when you stayed overnight, didn't the technician immediately come to the unit to fix the electrical socket? It was fixed right away, right? You only complained about that at that time, you should have complained directly to me if there was something that wasn't clean. I could have sent another staff to the unit to clean what you thought was lacking. Thank you very much sis, I hope you stay healthy and your fortune will run smoothly.

The place is nice, clean, very comfortable. Bring your wife and children who are still toddlers, there is a playland so the children don't get bored. The air conditioner is cold, the kitchen equipment is complete and gallons of aqua are also available, the prices are cheap. I will book this again. Very friendly service, and fast response.

This 2 br room is comfortable, fully equipped and big enough. Kel I really enjoyed vacationing here and there is a swimming pool and also a playground. Thank You.

Suka banget! Fasilitas lengkap mulai dari alat makan, air galon, handuk, alat mandi dan solat, kulkas, rice cooker, wifi, sampe tv bisa akses netflix. Kamar dan toilet bersih. Dapet view nya juga bagus. Tp sayang kemarin kolam renang tidak bisa dipakai karena sedang maintenance. Fast respon juga chat dari pemilik unitnya, sangat informatif. Very recommended, thank you.

The room is very nice, clean, comfortable, complete with furniture, the air conditioner is very cold. The scent is really really comfortable. There's nothing wrong with choosing a staycation here. The staff is also very friendly. It's perfect for bringing 2br children, the room is clean and cozy, my son likes it because there are toys, hehe. Because the book is full, if you want to add an extension, you can't suddenly like you know bullets 👍

The room door handles are all broken, if you open it, it immediately comes off and falls on the big toe. You know how it feels.

Oh, I'm so sorry, Mom, I'm sorry again. I'll replace the doorknobs soon. It's been repaired in the field with the info technician, you can just use the nut, but it's still falling out. I will immediately follow up, today, the replacement of the new door handle. Thank you very much.
