I had a very disappointing experience at Yashshree Mall Road, Darjeeling. The rooms were poorly maintained, with cleanliness issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel atmosphere felt chaotic rather than relaxing, and the noise levels were high throughout the day and night. The service was below expectations. Staff appeared indifferent to guest concerns and requests were either delayed or ignored. For the price charged, the value offered was extremely poor. Several amenities were either unavailable, not functioning properly, or far below the standard advertised. While the location is convenient, it cannot compensate for the lack of cleanliness, poor room condition, and unsatisfactory service. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again

Nitya Chettri... Always a welcoming and a polite staff. Every interaction of Nitya felt good and genuine. The attention she provides for the customer is truly amazing. I visited the place during the extreme peak season and thus got a very small room for more than 10k a night. Yes it was disappointing but I don’t blame them considering almost everything everywhere was booked. The staff were really polite, service was super fast and the food was good. They have Aqua spa, which was also good. Be careful, there is no parking spot and the road isn’t too wide to park infront.

Don’t be influenced by the images or sweet words of this executive. Our experience at Yashshree Mall Road, Darjeeling was extremely disappointing. The staff behavior was rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. The rooms had a horrible smell, lacked basic amenities, and were nowhere close to the standards promised. The bathrooms were messy, poorly maintained, and had leakage issues. Despite all these problems, the hotel charged an outrageous ₹15,000 for a single night and insisted on advance payment. We had booked the hotel for 2 nights, but after staying only the first night, we decided to move out due to the poor conditions. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to return the payment for the remaining night. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Darjeeling.

Fully old hotels. They don’t have sufficient light in room, smells badly room and bathroom room both. They don’t give you sealed packed mineral water bottles. If you want to cancel 1room out of 4 rooms they charged full. Others hotels are offering 30%of booking amount. Don’t go in this hotel. I’m stayed tomorrow. Very bad experience..
