ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL STRUCTURES EVER SEEN

Fantastic view over the Okavango River, very comfortable accommodation, recently renovated, great hospitality, excellent food prepared and presented by the chef, and a pool which especially kids will enjoy to refresh after an exciting day. I would not recommend to go with a standard/low clearance vehicle.

My brother and I travelled through Namibia on holiday, and were fortunate enough to have stayed here for a night. The quaint little place was located right on the banks of the Okavango River, and had accommodations consisting of clean, comfortable tents each with their own bathroom and shower. The place gave the feel of being out in the wilderness without the mosquitos - The food and conversation was fantastic (family style meals), the hosts were very welcoming and we truly wish we had several more days to spend here. "Chomp" the local hippo walks around camp at night. The local village walk is a must do - absolute highlight of our time in Africa. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Hadden 1 nacht geboekt met hotels.com maar door wijziging van de plannen wilden we een 2de nacht bijboeken. Echter uitverkocht op Hotels.com dus rechtstreeks contact opgenomen met de accommodatie (nl. Elsie) Zij beloofde ons dezelfde prijs als onze reeds geboekte nacht maar bij aankomst bleek dat we uiteindelijk €100/nacht meer zouden moeten betalen en dat ze van Elsie de prijs niet mochten laten zakken.. echt bedriegerij. Is de enige lodge in de buurt dus er was geen andere optie. Verder: Mooie locatie met luxe tenten met uitzicht op Okavanga rivier.
