The room itself was wonderful, and I had no complaints in that regard. However, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, likely related to a sewage issue. Thankfully, there was no smell inside my room, but it was uncomfortable walking through the building with that persistent odor. Aside from this, the staff were wonderful, the room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent, which was a definite plus.”

The location is fantastic, the room was spacious for central London and the room was clean. Pillow was available as requested and the staffs are friendly.

Incredibly rude receptionist (female with American accent) resulted in a poor check in experience, the rooms are nicely furnished, clean and a good size for London, however the poor service on arrival unfortunately means I would not recommend this hotel.
