Spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely. Great communication. Great location. The only things i could say something negative about is, pool area was disappointing. No pressure in the showers. Overall really good.

The apartments were clean and modern. Unfortunately we had a 1st floor apartment and the views were at a derelict property. Whilst this is out of the hotels control it was not enticing to go onto the balcony. However, the apartment was well furnished, clean and a lovely space to sit in with an amazing tv with all the perks. The pool is quite small so it felt uncomfortable to be in there with other families but it was warm and a nice area. Also, I have to mention how difficult the car space was to get into. Most carparks were good, we just had the smallest one with difficult access.

House keeping - had to ask for a bin liner. House keeping’s rubbish was left on our kitchen bench. Soap replaced in one bathroom but not the other. Toilet rolls removed and not replaced. Pool - Cold and rather sad looking pool. It doesn’t look like the images on the website. It is tiny. Onsite Parking - tight little space. Rooms - Modern with a well equipped kitchen. SMEG appliances, ice trays in fridge.

The space was perfect, no complaints, large balcony and inside was very open and comfortable. Perfect for my stay

Room great, well appointed and modern, staff friendly, location good. The downsides: Parking problematic - the unit owners have a storage unit in the parking space making anything longer than a small hatch a problem. Would be good to explain that up front Toiletries provided were insufficient. One small bottle of body wash per person for a 3 day visit is substandard. Foxtel advertised in the unit but not present, except for a remote control.

We loved our 5 night stay at Allure. Our unit offered ocean views from the balcony, spacious rooms, and was spotlessly clean and modern. Allure is located within easy walking distance from the Mooloolaba Esplanade, which has an amazing range of cafe and dining options. Highly recommend these apartments

Check in was a breeze, warm and welcoming staff. Perfect sized room for two adults and two children. Walking distance to park on the esplanade, the beach and the eateries. Quick walk across to Coles and Bakers Delight. We will definitely stay again next visit.

Clean, good beds. Clean linen. We like the pool.

The apartment is in excellent condition. Apt 601 has wonderful views of the ocean. When I asked for help to open some locked windows, and find a chopping board and knife (the only missing items of an otherwise well equipped kitchen), the help was immediate and friendly. Highly recommend, especially for a winter/spring stay.
