The staff was very accommodating especially Marlene M, the receptionist. She was very helpful and kind. The breakfast menu was great had a lot to choose from and the grounds and the pool area are well kept.

True beachfront with a nice beach. Large rooms. Nice staff. Free Breakfast. A little run down but clean.

Beds rolled everywhere , got stouck outside for hours in the middle of the night due to no one answering door , showers were terrible

Great location next to the major mall in Manta. But the hotel is not as photos appear to be. It is a very basic hotel all the way around.

It was enough for short time, the hotel is very well and confortable. The price is accord for installations. The breakfast is perfect.

The hotel is very convenient to shopping and to the beach. The staff was very accommodating. I had to use a translation app on my phone to communicate with most of the staff, and that was a challenge a few times. Other places I've stayed in Ecuador had multiple employees fluent in English, but that was the only inconvenience I encountered. And it was okay when I used Google Translate, so it worked out. But it's a nice place. I've stayed here multiple times. The wifi could also be a little stronger. It was tough to get multiple devices to connect.

Location, staff, service and room were all great. The tv had no English channel....a few would have been nice.

Good Points: 1. Adjacent to nice, new shopping mall in Manta. 2. Quiet night. 3. Air conditioning worked well. 4. Nice dinning room with breakfast waitress and fair cold bar plus kitchen prepped eggs, etc. Not so Good Points: 1. Stiffed me for two of four nights I didn't stay at hotel. I had called a week in advance to cancel two of the four nights previously reserved. At original check-in the reservationist remembered my cancellation call of earlier but didn't know how to process a refund. Same for second day. At check out at 6am to catch flight home there was no one around to process check out. Finally after looking everywhere a worker dressed maintenance worker/bell hop/check out guy, showed up. He checked my room and said I could leave. No invoice; nothing. When contacted later the hotel said I had left a bag in my room one day so they couldn't give me a refund. Bull bisquits. 2. No hot water on first night. 3. Pictures on internet make the hotel look a lot nicer than it really is. Hotels in Manta are priced high; my second stop there in which I booked into a "moderately nice" hotel. Both priced way too much for the value. From now on I will bit the bullet and pay $50/night more to stay at Hotel Oro Verde or similar quality hotel.

Very good location near shopping and the beach. Shower had no hot water and towels were showing their age. Very fine staff and lovely breakfast including fruit eggs toast juice coffee and cereal.

Unfortunately the construction of the Mall of the Pacific was being completed so lots od early morning noise. Some of the rooms need renovation. Good breakfast and pool. No hairdryer as advertised and no ectra toulet paper. No cups for toothbrushes or drinks. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

Volver a restaurar el aspecto del hotel. Se nota claramente qué desde el terremoto de 2016, no se ha reparado la cerámica del piso. Y algunas cortinas se ven algo deterioradas.
