They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option.

The friendliness of the staff was great, the breakfast good, the views from the room spectacular, it was very close to the Grupo de Sandoval Dr’s office.

The view of the mountains from the room window was beautiful. The proximity to the Sandoval Fertility Group was great.

Very comfortable boutique hotel. A great value for the money. The neighborhood is primarily residential, but taxis are readily available on nearby streets, and there are a few good dining options within walking distance.

The staff were super friendly, very clean, descent breakfast. It says they have laundry service and that is not true but the staff walked us up 2 blocks where we could drop it off. The free beverage is a bottle of water. Walls are very thin so you hear everything. But we paid only $3 to get to the plazas and everything you need is pretty much in walking distance. Where you park your car is a tight squeeze and we didn’t get a room with a view.

I want to be fair with this review. The hotel was not what I expected but it was ok. The building is a little bit dated, but is clean. I felt it was too small compared to what the pictures showed. The staff is generally friendly. Mr. Luis and Mr. Santiago are true gentlemans, and the staff that helps with the breakfast as well. Unfortunately, the young man who is at the front desk at night was extremely rude and treated us very bad on Friday night when my wife was carrying a sleeping child, and screamed at us to follow a claning procedure (which we were following, but he wanted us to follow his pace in a cold night in Quito). We complied, but decided not to talk or address him any more to avoid any more unpleasent situations. It kind of ruined our stay and changed our opinion about the hotel We probably won't go back again.

The pictures were misleading; the staff is excellent however the property is a humble BB.
