The hotel was great

This is a favorite hotel in Nova Petropolis for my wife and I. Comfortable rooms, with large comfortable bed. Balconies are nice. Neighborhood is safe and great to walk downtown. Heated indoor pool for use in any season. And the restaurant is fantastic! Quality food with amaing taste! I love their risoto! ** Only negative is their internet. It is terrible. It constantly drops. I work remote and it is difficult to have meeetings online there.

Generally a very happy experience; service, pool, breakfast, all very good. We live in Brazil, and so this is almost always our "go to" place when staying in Nova Petropolis. If I had to complain about anything, it would br the crappy TV system; seems to be just receivable digital broadcasts over the air, no satellite or cable system, minimal channels with often lousy reception But, I guess, since we're not there principally to watch TV, it's not the end of the world. Still, though, a small demerit on an otherwise wonderful stay.

El hotel es acogedor. Las vistas son espectaculares y la naturaleza exuberante. El personal amable y el desayuno muy rico. Es sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles del área. Bueno para familia, descanso, contemplación, hiking, vida del campo, relax, romantico.

One of our favorite hotels! Reception is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable (great beds), fantastic pool area and the food in the restaurant is great! My wife and love staying here when we visit Nova Petrópolis.

We had an amazing experience here! Reception was incredibly friendly! Our room was fantastic, we enjoyed the pool so much, the bed was very comfortable and the bartenders were so kind with me. My wife and I will definitely be returning as soon as possible. We love Nova Petrópolis and this will be our preferred housing now!

Excellent location

Hotel was quite empty during our stay, so we were surprised at not getting a standard room with at least a nicer view (rather than the opposite wall / windows of other rooms)...Hot water took f-o-r-e-v-e-r to come thru faucets....Other than that, breakfast was very good as always, pool was nice, staff was friendly....Again, only shortcoming this time around was the room.

This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel over the last year or so....Always a nice time, and this time able to use the pool since Covid is over (more or less).....Nova Petropolis is a nice little walkable city with something usually happening at the town plaza / park (Christmas festivities, market, etc)...

Excellently located at the center part of the city. The hotel is very clean and serves wonderful breakfast. Comfortable room and nice beds. The only thing I didn't like is my window, which only has a view to the windows of the opposite rooms.

Hotel muito aconchegante, com quartos grandes e confortáveis. O café da manhã bem caseiro com um ótimo atendimento. A piscina aquecida é espetacular e gostamos bastante de ter bicicletas disponíveis para o passeio dos hóspedes. Só há um problema com a região que fecha cedo comércio, farmácias e conveniências: 22h e quase tudo fechado.

Quarto muito limpo, café da manhã ótimo e equipe simpática.

Checkin rápido e eficiente, quarto amplo e em perfeitas condições, rouparia de qualidade, banheiro amplo, arejado e extremamente limpo. Sacada super agradável com vista para a cidade. Funcionários educados e solícitos. Café da manhã com várias opções, apenas a qualidade de alguns itens poderia melhorar (pão de queijo, folhados e frios. A oferta de doces era ampla mas de qualidade apenas satisfatória). Fora essa pequena observação, recomendo muito o hotel e a localização é perfeita!

O atendimento foi excelente da equipe, o quarto estava impecável e o chuveiro maravilhoso. O restaurante com cardápio a lá carte com opções variadas e ótimas, além da carta de vinhos. A localização é central, e da para passear a pé pelo centro com tranquilidade

Hotel Novo, muito bem cuidado, quartos grandes, piscina térmica, café da manhã NOTA 10 - uma menção honrosa para Patrícia, a mais completa colaboradora desse hotel, estacionamento , no Centro, ao lado de tudo. EXCELENTE !!!

Hotel com excelente estrutura, cafe da manhã incrível.

O Hotel é muito bom ,porém a recepção péssima, da pior qualidade, nenhum recepcionista atendeu às mínimas condições de atendimento. Limpeza do quarto e banheiro ruim, falta de pessoal no café da manhã, somente uma pessoa...para todo o café da manhã...
