The floor at the bed side had a substance as if a soft drink had poured on it... like a kind of glue and this condition was the same during my whole stay.

Infrastructure,location are amazing however staff, services and interaction are really poor and disappointing

Restaurants services needs to be improved, very poor breakfast, missing food :(
