My reservation didn't come up on their system. 
We had to wait a long time for this problem to be solved.

I only stayed one night at this hotel, less than 10 hours in total. The room was reasonably clean and the facilities worked. Unfortunately the mosquito net did not fit around the whole of the bed. There wasn't a fan or air conditioning so the room was very warm during the night.
