My Points

Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean. Bathroom not great. 

Lovely room and great location. What really made it excellent was the lovely chap looking after all our needs and arranging delicious breakfasts. Felt very safe and very connected with him. 

Cleanliness of a hotel, warmth of a home stay

Great place to stay. Comfortable bed. Only problem was Night Manager was asleep at 00:15 and it took 20 minutes to wake him / gain entry to the property (which also raises the risk of slow exit from property in case of emergency).
