No es desayuno Americano, no se puede pedir ni un poco de miel extra porque te la cobran y hay 2 diferentes menus, uno para los que se hospedan y otro para los clientes del Restaurant, en definitiva no me gusto, estuvimos 9 dias y solo 2 dias desayune ahi.

Everyone was extremely kind. Property is beautiful surrounded by nature and in a walkable area. Breakfast that was included was delicious & the restaurant staff were awesome too. Thank you!!

Food was fresh and delicious!! Rooms were great, very clean and comfortable. Besides that, the property has a great location. It’s a safe area.

You will feel at home with friendly staff who pay attention to every detail, no worries. Explore El Salvador during the day and relax at night. I had to be at the airport very early( 4am), the staff booked my transportation and assured everything was handled no stress. Very clean, cozy, and safe location. Also do not miss out on breakfast in their beautiful garden oasis. Many delicious options.

Excellent central location made it easy to move around.Beautiful hotel facilities. I loved the garden area where I ate breakfast every morning. Very kind staff and delicious meals.

This one is truly a gem! Rooms are nice and clean, and the shower is very comfortable. Staff are kind and helpful. The patio area is probably one of the best “hidden” spots in San Salvador, we enjoyed evening drinks and snacks out there as well as our morning coffee with a tasty breakfast. Will recommend to anyone travelling this direction.

Cinco hotel was great, very clean, friendly staff, it has a restaurant inside and is also close to everything to enjoy your stay, it also has a front gate that closes at night but always someone available to let you inside. Great place i will definitely check in again when i get back to el salvador.

Great staff, loved my clean and very spacious room, and especially the outdoor spaces. Felt very safe, love the breakfast and ability yo have evening drinks. Would stay again.

Everything was immaculate, the staff was so friendly and kind,, they even let us check in early at no cost! Breakfast was made to order and did not disappoint! Everything is very eco-cautious and organican,, gracias por todo!! 💕🙏

The room was the worst part of the staff was excellent the food was wonderful the location was perfect the room not so much

the room was very comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette next to it. the staff was very helpful and attentive (even not everyone speak English} the breakfast was varied and healthy, the only problem that we had, was that our room was facing the car park and we hear the cars was making noise when they were reversing or bipping when they are opening the door. i think that the solution is to i stall double glazing in this room

Chambres très propres, bon restaurant, très bien situé. Le seul aspect négatif est que la chambre face au stationnement est très bruyante.

The staff was very courteous, accommodating and friendly. We loved the location, which is convenient to almost anything you might want. The included breakfast was delicious, with many dishes to choose from, and the tables are nestled within a beautiful tropical garden. For the price, Cinco Hotel is unbeatable! We would definitely stay here again the next time we return to El Salvador.

Had a wonderful stay at the Cinco hotel. Very restful atmosphere. Quiet and spotless. Beautiful grounds. The food was delicious. If I come back this is where i would stay.
