Hotels.com verified review
There was no toilet paper. I made a request and was given a partially used toilet paper, not brand new.
They refused to accept the electronic confirmation number from hotel.com.
I had to pay cash from my pocket. I went back with a printed receipt and was refunded two weeks later after I had already left the country. A friend had to pick it up on my behalf.
Breakfast was not served as stated at the website. Will never go there again!
