Very unsafe, not at all acceptable. The room was very small but fine, bathroom very shabby and because the shower curtain was missing it just flooded, including the area around the toilet and sink. It remained flooded.for my entire stay and never dried out. The inability to lock the balcony door is unforgivable though. When I asked I was told there was no key, anyone could have climbed across from another room's balcony to get into my room and one night I had someone knocking on my door asking to get in so they could climb to their balcony after losing their key. Reception even phoned my room at 2am asking me to let them in to do so. Really not ok.

The AC in my room and TV in my guest's room didn’t work.

The internet was sluggish and kept disconnected, I was in the furthest corner room though. The breakfast was decent indian flavor mild spicy... The A/C worked fabulously. I checkedin after 9:30pm easily and was escorted to my room and the steward made sure everything worked. I was a bit troubled as there was no latch to the door on the inside... Night club on ground floor had music loud enough to be carried into the fifth floor but didn't stop me from sleeping.

The room, the staff and the beeakfast were all very good. My only criticism is rhe loudness of rhe adjoining Zero Club and the loudness of PA system for early morning prayers from the nearby mosque.

Th rooms where lovely, the staff where just amazing, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was just awesome and I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a warm hospitality.

I used the hotel for one night. Its overall very good and central however, the problem is the nightclub below of it which produce lots of sounds. So if you dont have deep sleep, then you risk, to have troubles of sleeping. The road also is not for below 18 years old

The name Sheratton (with double t) confused me with well known quality hotel owned by Marriott. There is no quality in this hotel. I didn't feel like even taking a shower. The only bright spot was the breakfast. I ordered Spanish omelette, my wife had sunny side up egg, but instant coffee because their coffee machine was broken. I got the expression from the description that it is 3-star hotel. It shouldn't have more than 1 star.

Cockroaches. Moldy smelling. Night club connected to building. Heard loud fire works all night could have been firearms. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty.

The balcony door could not lock. The bathroom is dated. The tiny desk had no light. The location is directly across from some mosque or Islamic center. Those ‘prayers’ on megaphone (outdoor speakers?) started at 4 am. Could not sleep well! Otherwise the staff is amazing!

The safe wasn't working, the stuff was friendly and helpful, there was too much noise and a high traffic within the building, infact i had booked for 3 days but i checked out within a day and they wouldn't give me a refund but it's all good
