We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at Keikyu Ex Inn. The location was convenient with easy access to the train station / transportation. The staff were incredible, they were very helpful, friendly and polite. Thank you for making my family feel welcome.

Impressed with the hotel ! Comfortable stay, room design and size is good. Big enough to open both large and small luggage bags at same time. Massage chair at lobby, laundry status on TV, plenty of amenities. Can walk to Takashimaya. Nearest subway Kayabacho (exit 2) just in front of 7eleven is few mins walk.

I had a pleasant 7-night stay at Keikyu Ex Inn Tokyo Nihombashi. Although it is away from all the main busy areas of Tokyo, it is quiet and very accessible with 2 train lines nearby - Nihombashi station (which is conveniently direct from Haneda) and a 10-minute walk to the hotel, as well as the Kayabacho station, 2-minute walk to the hotel but also takes you pretty much everywhere else in Tokyo. The room although not big (which is a given for Japan), is adequate for me as a solo traveller. It is clean and modern, and equipped with amenities such as coffee machine, drinks vending machine, laundry facility (very important!) and even a microwave all located at L2 reception floor. Rooms are cleaned everyday. They also provide other items or toiletries you may need such as comb, hair curler/straightener, cotton buds, disposable shaver etc. which you can help yourself to at the reception area for free. Overall really enjoyed my stay here and I think I may have found my go-to hotel should I see myself in Tokyo again.

It is very close to metro station. The area is quiet with a small supermarket directly opposite of the hotel.

A nice hotel convenient to Tokyo Station. Arrived late and check in was quick and easy using the machines, and then the room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was very clean and in a perfect quiet neighborhood. The staff was incredibly helpful with questions and when we needed to schedule luggage delivery services. Only a 2 minute walk away from numerous convenience stores and the train stations. This was an ideal spot to get around busy parts of Tokyo and then return to a quiet walk-able neighborhood with plenty of food options after a hectic day out. This is also very convenient location if you plan to visit the Tokyo Disney Resort, only a single train line ride is needed to reach the parks.

I stayed here for a total of 8 nights. For 8 nights, this is a decent place to stay at for the price they offered. Right next door is a cafe/bar - certain food choices throughout the day. I've only gone for the breakfast sets and lunch sets. Right across is a small supermarket - easy to grab food to go and shop for groceries. There are also many restaurants around the area. A few train stations available within the area, closest one would be the Hibiya Line and the Kayabacho Station. Also a few buses available that can take you to Tokyo Station. If you go out to other areas in Tokyo, you will need to do at least 1 - 2 transfers to get back to the hotel, but overall easy to get around if you have Google Maps.

Good for me for one night layover before head home. Makes it easy to hop on jr train to Narita.

Very nice location, quiet, with many convenience stores and restaurants around. Multiple train stations are less than 10min walk. Rooms although on the smaller side are comfortable with all amenities you need. Hotel was clean and had a modern look with free coffee and tea in the lobby - thank you! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I had to use Google translate , however it was not an issues communicating with them. Utilized luggage shipping service and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Keikyu Ex Inn and couldn’t think more positively of this hotel. The location is in between two subway stations, making it easy to visit different Tokyo neighborhoods. Ginza, Tsukiji and Asakusa are pretty close by. There were conbinis and restaurants close by. Finally, the room was very clean and not too small like some other Tokyo hotels. All the staff were extremely friendly and eager to help. The price is excellent and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

I had this hotel in my mind in previous stays in Tokyo, so I decided to try it out. I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel was quite modern, and my room was a little larger than other comparable rooms in other hotels I've stayed at in Japan (which there are plenty of them), so I thought it was a good value. Everything was clean, and each room had a separate wifi connection. A note on transportation, Kayabacho is the closest station, about 3-4 mins to the entrance, 5-6mins to the train. Nihombashi station is a little over 10 minutes by comparison but some of the lines might be more convenient to getting to places like Shibuya without a transfer (via the Ginza line). Unfortunately my final night it rained heavily right when I got out of Nihombashi, so I went to Kayabacho instead but still got wet from large puddles. Just some things to keep in mind with weather and luggage, especially wehn deciding wether to drag luggage to Nihombashi to take Asakusa Line to go directly to the airports. I overall recommend this hotel, as long as you're willing to be a little removed from the absolute city centers in exchange for a good value.
