It was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the air conditioning was a little noisy, the toilet paper roll hanger was broken and only ground floor room were available when I checked-in.

TV in bedroom was not properly functioning. The remote would not change any of the channels. Once I pressed any of the up and down functions, nothing would happen. I had to use my phone to watch any amazon or netflix shows during my stay.

The overall hotel facility was clean at the Townplace suites. I would stay here again but the reason for 3 starts was a below average breakfast and quality

Excellent stay in every respect. The suite was spacious, spotless and perfect for our needs. Breakfast was delicious with many healthy options and staff were amazing. Very much appreciated the quick check in and early accommodation the following day when changing rooms to join our hockey team for local tournament. Would absolutely book again when back in the area!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying for one night with our kids. The room was super clean and had all of the amenities any family could need. The pool was so big, with lots of space for people to sit and watch their kids swim. The breakfast buffet had everything you’d need to feed your family and get your morning cup of coffee in. The staff was so helpful and kind, handing out loaner board games to my kids when they asked.

The room was nice, bathroom floor coud use a good scrub. staff was excellent and were helpful in every way. I would book this hotel again.

The egg options were not very appetizing. Hard boiled option would have been nice. Otherwise it was just ok

Had an amazing stay at Town place. My daughter really enjoyed the warm indoor pool and the gym is also excellent.
