Our room was ready when we arrived. Clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Had a city view across Gran Via but the room was not noisy from the street. Had a few drinks at the rooftop bar. Great efficient service, tasty cocktails and lovely views

The property is well located in the heart of Madrid and the staff was cool with us. We didn't like the room: very dark, tiny and with no door for the bathroom, which meant every noise and odour would flow into the room.
