Restaurant and food was good but overall was the rest of the guesthouse average

It felt safe for my 19 year old niece.She talked about how welcoming the people were she fell inlove with the place

Good restaurant on site, overall for the price I thought this was not worth it. Pillows were terrible, shower looked dirty. Towels were not changed

Easy check in and assistance with luggage

I have been staying at this place multiple times. Generally, the staff is friendly, safe, and in a convenient area. However, their service needs improvement. Even though no customers are around, an order of one beer can take up to five minutes to wait. I'm unsure what it is, but maybe the manager's style is chill. Otherwise, it's a nice place to chill and be quiet. Rooms are fine. I will give the place another try.

They clearly need more renovations, for the price they ask there are better alternatives. The offer they provide is less than what they ask in terms of value.

All was ok

Room was clean. All I wanted was a warm shower and a bed. Unfortunately, I only got one of those. No Hot water in the evening or the morning. My friends’ room had hot water

The suite room is great, but reception staff lacks good public relations.

The location and price point are convenient. Staff all friendly and pleasant. Very basic place. Attached restaurant is convenient, but service was excruciatingly slow. We waited for over an hour for our meal (and seemed to be waiting longer than others who were seated after us). Basic breakfast, but toaster did not work at breakfast. No iron available. AC in room was weak. Beds generally uncomfortable (creaky frames, lumpy pillows, fitted sheet did not fit mattress).
