Good location very well kept property breakfast was nothing special but overall very good

Room was recently refurbished and very clean. Staff was great, very helpful. The price point was great.

Nice room, very basic. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was good at 1:00 am. For the few hours we needed the room the price was reasonable.

Overall good value for a jacuzzi room.

The room was very clean and looked like it had been updated. We had an early flight so no breakfast . The front desk check in girl was very friendly and answered any questions we had! We would definitely stay again.

Whenever I'm in the Edmonton area, I stay in one of the 3 Western Budgets in Leduc. The price is always reasonable, especially since I always get a room with a jacuzzi tub in it. The staff are always quick to help if you have an issue. The only downside is not exactly the motels fault. There are always people who feel the need to have a smoke directly in front of the door where there are plenty of signs asking you not to smoke there. And then you have no choice but to walk through someone elses poor life choices.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good with sausages, and bacon . Overall it was a good stay, extended the stay for an extra day and they charged a reasonable price to do so. Highlight of the visit was the staff, nice and friendly and accommodating. Place is clean and tidy. Room was spacious and clean. Would stay again!

Decent continental breakfast. Bed's not super comfortable but not bad. Room had full kitchen. Fireplace heat. Fairly big room
