This hotel is very family-friendly! There are tons of activities and facilities for kids, from a swimming pool, scooters, remote control cars, mini golf, mini playground, a super-large balloon castle, interacting with rabbits, and the best part is the movie night (Saturday nights) for families which is different from other hotels. The view from the rooftop is also incredibly cool. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The service is friendly and super. The only minus is the location is a bit deep in the village and far from food stalls or minimarkets. But it's quite nice!

A budget-friendly vacation. It's worth it for under 300,000 Rupiah. It's very kid-friendly, and the kids were delighted. There's a swimming pool, playground, mini soccer, billiards, scooters, and animals. Overall, the kids were happy.

The staff was friendly, and the check-in process was hassle-free even though it wasn't check-in time yet. The kids were very happy there for three days, but the Wi-Fi wasn't very fast, and Netflix/YouTube was often slow.

Too noisy, not sure if the sound of shifting things maybe, whether from the employees on the 2nd/3rd floor or indeed from the hotel guests. After 8 pm and 6 am it is still noisy so it disturbs rest time. For the rooftop restaurant service is top notch equivalent to a 5-star hotel, in fact not all 5-star hotels can provide very friendly and fast service when called as if running like that. The way of serving is cool and it doesn't take long for the food and drinks to come out. All the employees are friendly to greet, but for the front office is less pleasant, less friendly maybe also because they are tired, but even if they are tired, there is no need to show it to the guests. The explanation about the facilities or smoking area is also minimal, even though a smoking area on the rooftop can help the restaurant's sales too, but it is directed to the basement.

The room and check-in area were a bit lacking in scent upon entering, and had a slightly unpleasant odor. Perhaps some air freshener could be added. Overall good, but that was the only thing lacking.

I'll definitely be back to stay at Bells' Place Sentul. It's conveniently located, there's no traffic, great views, clean rooms, complete amenities, delicious food, a photo booth, and fun activities like a balloon house, sports field, animal enclosures, and electric scooters. The kids are guaranteed to be happy.

A satisfying 5 days and 4 nights… close to everything and very peaceful so far. If I go back to Bogor, Babakan will stay there again.
