Fun, kid-friendly. Family rooms are great for families, as they're quite spacious. Dinner is also available if you choose the dinner package. Kids' activities are available on Sunday mornings. It's close to Batu's tourist attractions. There's also a badminton and tennis court.

When I first entered, the atmosphere felt comfortable. From the start, because we are a family, we took the Family Room. The price is relatively cheap compared to having to add an extra bed. Atmosphere/Facilities: comfortable with a Japanese vibe. Food: there are many choices of food, the breakfast price is not expensive. Staff Assistance: the staff was friendly and helped me store souvenirs that had to be refrigerated so they would last longer. Highlights: the room that resembles an onsen gives a unique impression. Price: worth it. Location: the location is very close to Jatim Park and the Museum Angkut, close to recommended restaurants.

This kid-friendly hotel includes a playground and a children's pool. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there's a water heater, perfect for the chilly city of Batu. It's close to the town square and other tourist attractions.

Improve the bathroom cleanliness because it was clogged, but luckily the guy was really quick. But checking in took a long time. I booked 4 rooms, and 2 were ready, but the other 2 had to wait a long time 🥲
