Yes, thank you for your review. Our hotel is small and does not have an elevator, therefore our room rates are lower than other hotels with elevators. We apologize that we could not meet your expectations, even for a budget hotel. Also, because our hotel is small and inexpensive, we store bottled water and other beverages on the ground floor to maintain their temperature, which is common practice in other small hotels.
