I would rate this hotel at 2 1/2 star. I am personally a flexible person - so I made it work.

6 of us had headed to Addis for a stag-do. Their massive aparthotel-type rooms did the job for us. 3 massive rooms with 6 beds and a large living room sufficed for all our shenanigans. However I give 3 stars instead of 5 because there were many power outages and the hotel didn't have any back-up power. Come on Archi, invest in an electricity generator.

The hotel wasn't to my expectation at all,The kitchen was terribly small,not sure was meant to be a kitchen at all.And there was no sitting room for a studio,and it was really far from the city centre not as descriped,Couldn't have my family as i would have hoped,And the reception never picks up the phone if any before they hang up.So,there goes reunion with my family. The manager was awful and sounded sarcastic evry time I talk with him about the service. Wasn't for me . Sorry
