The room was not clean, there were lots of small cockroaches (for those who have a phobia of cockroaches, it is not recommended to stay here) and the staff had no solution regarding the many cockroaches and the mattress was also dirty and not clean as if it had not been washed.

Fun, mudak everywhere. The place is nice.

For that amount, it doesn't feel like it's worth it with facilities like that.

I chose this accommodation due to its location. It only took me less than 10 mins to reach my conference destination by car. And, the apartment is only a stone away from Supermall Karawaci.

Well this is the 1st time I stayed here. Kind of trying actually. Well 1st. 1. Room: Spacey, with king large bed. 2. Facilities:-television isn't smart TV, luckily I have another option by usinh smart cast. Toiletries: They provided 2 towels and standard brush, and a soap, my suggestion, you better bring your own. Kitchenete: They provide portable stove, but no gas. So I gotta buy it by my self downstairs. No parking facilities, so you gotta park the car across the building, taman sari. And there are many little cockroaches. Which is kind of, “what the.”. Suggestion for thr owner or the developer whom manage the apartment: Please make sure that the electricity went well, cause the first day I check in, it dropped. 2. Please make sure you proviee tissues and gas at least. 3. Make sure the place clean. But overall the I was quite happy. Thanks btw.

The response was slow, I didn't want to pick up on the phone, while the response was slow, for cleaning we used wet tissue to mop ourselves because the mop was very dirty, the room had cockroaches.

Difficult check-in and check-out procedures, dirty rooms. Unclean cutlery. No drinking water is provided at all.

Clean, comfortable, very close to the mall, and the building facilities are also really good, my son likes the swimming pool. Really enjoy it.

Very bad service, waiting for the key 3 hours.

Waited almost 4 hours to check in, an appointment at 5 the staff came at almost 9, communication with the staff was difficult, almost canceling because the check-in service took a long time.

There is no mineral water, only one towel is given, there is no wifi, hot water for bathing is only for a short duration, after taking a short shower the water is cold even though the shower faucet is already in the hot water position.

It's good, it's just a bit scary with lots of animals like small insects

The information says for a capacity of 4 people, 1 bedroom and 2 queen beds. arrived at apatel, there was only 1 bed, when I complained there was no solution, there was no help at all.

Room is dirty, the landlord is unresponsive, lack of facilities. Overall, it is not worth the money I paid.
