This is my go-to hotel when I visit Gresik. It's a nice hotel, next to the Gresik Mall. It's clean and has good facilities. There's a tennis court and a gym, but the equipment needs updating.

Disappointed. I've stayed here many times, booked a non-smoking room but got a smoking one. The OTA often gives the excuse that there was no request, even though they've informed me about late check-in.

The hotel reception staff were unfriendly and did not live up to the previously agreed room upgrade and breakfast. We booked dozens of rooms, but were treated differently than at other hotels we've stayed at. This poor treatment reflects poorly on this hotel. We urge the management to reprimand and sanction this staff member for the hotel's future success.
