The hotel reception staff were unfriendly and did not live up to the previously agreed room upgrade and breakfast. We booked dozens of rooms, but were treated differently than at other hotels we've stayed at. This poor treatment reflects poorly on this hotel. We urge the management to reprimand and sanction this staff member for the hotel's future success.

The facilities are very good, I really like it here, I can rest peacefully and relax while drinking capsule coffee... The coffee is delicious, you should try it...

It was a pleasant experience staying at Aston Gresik. The staff was friendly, smiling, and very helpful as there was an event at Gressmall. The kids enjoyed swimming with a view of Gresik city. Best of luck to Aston Gresik. Hopefully, we'll be able to stay here again.

It's conveniently located, especially since it's in the same building as the mall. Everything you need is close by, including a minimart, a mosque, and plenty of eateries. The room was clean and comfortable.

My first stay here was amazing. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious, the mall was easily accessible, and the restaurant food was delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Gresik.
