When I requested my deposit back at check-out, I was falsely accused of stealing slippers, even though the hotel does not even provide slippers, and of having more than one guest in my room when I was staying alone. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I felt disrespected and very uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

The staffs are very helpful, my favorite are the man that opens the door for us (gray hair one) and the receptionist with the blonde short hair. Aaaand the lady that is always busy cleaning the kitchen, she is very nice, helps us a lot, very sweet and kind. 7-Eleven is in front of the hotel. They have instant noodles that are ready to be cooked anytime. They have morning 'snacks' which is more like 'breakfast' to me. They have eggs, bread, strawberry jam, banana, coffee, sugar, latte cream. LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!

The hotel is very convenient right at the airport station, and also close to Pratunam. The staff is cute, cheerful, and enthusiastic.

The room was dark, the air was gloomy, the hygiene was poor, the hotel was cheap but far from the entertainment spots, the traffic in Bangkok was bad so the transportation costs increased a lot, the hotel was not cheap at all. I will not come back again.

Dirty hotel, poor hygiene, far from the city center, Bangkok traffic is bad so transportation costs increase a lot so the hotel is not cheap, I will not come back again

Overall, this hotel is good for that price, clean and tidy. However, for the corner room on the 4th floor, the bathroom smells and because this corner room is close to the road, it is noisy, even if a large truck passes by, the bed also vibrates and the staff at the reception are not friendly. During my 6-day stay there, I never got greeted, I think that's the SOP, when asked something, the answer was also lacking, but when checking out she was able to greet other guests with a good morning. The lady who works at the reception if you read this, you are the one who represents this hotel, so treat all guests equally, stay friendly.

I stayed here for 8 nights. The location is near (walking distance) Ratchaprarop BTS station. All the staff are really friendly and supportive. The room is quite dark but our room has a window so we got extra light from outside. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean. They have a kitchen area where we can cook instant meals, make coffee, eat & drink there. The swimming pool is small but OK. I will come back if I stay in this area again.

The hotel is right in the center, very convenient, near the market, shopping center, big sister, 711, walk about 15 minutes, clean, airy, has a dining room and kitchen with free food, spacious swimming pool, worth the experience. 👍🏻

The hotel has a convenient location, near 711 with the elevated train line, a little further to the BTS station :))) very wonderful. The staff is super enthusiastic, cheerful, takes care of guests very well, the room I stayed in was for me. Spacious and comfortable for 6 people, 2 bathrooms, very clean and convenient, there is a dining room in the lobby, free noodles and cakes, cool water, full cooking utensils. When returning, the hotel staff also takes care of you. We are very enthusiastic. We will come back next time if we go to Bangkok again hehe 💯💯💯 Thanks for the best service 💗💯

So good. Having 4 pillows for each bed. The sharing kitchen helps us a lot to cook or warm our food. Free breakfast (coffee, bread, egg) and they have free bottled water.
