Booked a room but when I arrived they said there was no room and still haven't refunded.

lễ tân thì không có, không trực 24/24. phòng ốc thì hết hỏng cái này đến cái kia. vào phòng không có cảm giác là được vệ sinh. phòng tắm đậm mùi thuốc lá. nhà nghỉ nhưng không có chỗ thoát hiểm. cửa ra vào thì loẹt quẹt, vị trí thì khó tìm

Khách sạn giá rẻ, nhân viên nhiệt tình, đầy đủ tiện nghi, lần sau mình sẽ quay lại

Phòng bẩn, mốc, giá treo vòi sen hỏng, điều hoàn1 chiều, chăn mỏng, bẩn. Mình phải đi thuê chỗ khác vì bẩn quá nên mình bị dị ứng.

Thật sự quá dơ, mọi thứ đều cũ và không bao giờ thấy nhân viên ở đâu, thái độ tiếp khách không niềm nở và thiếu chuyên nghiệp
