Villa Solvorn is delightful, a charming building set in a lovely garden, only moments from the fjord, The owner was friendly and helpful, and produced a delicious breakfast. Expect it to feel more like staying in someone's immaculate home than a hotel.

Oskar is an excellent host, the house is freshly renovated, and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and generous. Would stay there again.

This is an absolutely stunning B&B down to every detail. The owners and staff were helpful and it’s a perfect location if you want to take the ferry to the Urnes Stave Church(the oldest of the remaining Stave churches) which is beautiful and well worth the trip. Breakfast was great too. The downsides are: 1) sharing bathrooms; 2) tiny rooms; and 3) no close restaurants for dinner so eat first in the neighboring town.

Great location for 2 day's only

Oscar was a wonderful host. I recommend Villa Solvorn highly. Our stay was a highlight of our Nordic holiday.

Only 1 small restaurant nearby to walk to. We came by bus so no other option and it closes at 7 pm and has sandwiches and pizzas.

The setting was charming and conveniently located in the middle of town.

This B&B is small and charming with a beautiful garden. The host was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. Solvorn itself is a nice place to spend the day but it is tiny with limited dining options, best served as a jumping-off place for nearby areas. Limitation is the shared bathroom.

Nydelig opphold i et flott hus med vakker hage. Vertskapet var veldig hyggelig, og stiller med nybakte rundstykker og hjemmelaget eggesalat til frokost. En perle av et sted.

Fantastisk plass med flott hage

Hadde et veldig fint opphold. Veldig fint og rent på både rommet og felles områder. Det var felles bad, men det var ikke noe problem. Veldig god frokost. De som eier det og jobber der er veldig imøtekommende og gir gjerne tips på turer og ting en kan gjøre. Det er også en fin og stor felles stue og mulighet til å bli kjent med andre gjester om man ønsker det.

Et fantastisk sted vi gjerne skulle vært lenger. Stille og rolig, vakkert hus og vakker hage, alt tilrettelagt for at vi som gjester skulle ha det bra. Kort gåtur ned ti, stranden. Personlig service. Nydelig frokost

It's the perfect mix between a small hotel and a proper home. It's just no problems here, treat it like a home. Garden is cosy. Definetely a season-affected area, but our stay in late summer was calm.

Hyggelig vertskap, avslappet nesten som hjemme. Vær oppmerksom på at stedet ikke har bad på rommet, men de badene som er der er utmerket!
