Very nice hotel. Clean, centrally located, and the staff are so helpful and welcoming. The rooftop pool/bar is a super nice spot to spend the afternoon, if you can get a spot (some families went early, dropped towels, and disappeared, so all the spots when I went were taken by belongings without bodies).

Gorgeous, well-maintained and modern hotel a short walk from the beach! Staff was helpful in every aspect. We watched the World Cup final in the bar, which was awesome! I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Great location convenient to everything: the old town, beach, shopping and restaurants. We even walked to the train station, although if you have luggage I would recommend a short taxi ride. The rooms were spacious and clean and the air conditioning kept the rooms cool despite the outside heat. The two pools were both nice and clean. Food options were ok. We ate out for all except one meal because we wanted to sample the local restaurants and area. All staff were friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Welcome drink was a nice touch. It was a shame the rooftop bar was closed for an event, especially as there were fireworks that night...so glad I had a balcony

We loved our suite. The hotel was recently refurbished and really stylish. Great location for the old town and local history but not as close to the beach as we thought. We loved the roof top pool and the downstairs pool was good too but needed a bit of a daily clean. We would recommend and would stay again

Beautiful hotel with a great view of the Mediterranean and Roman amphitheater. Nearby old town has lovely shops and great restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Clean nicely designed and spacious room with excellent views and great facilities including pool bar and lounges. Greeting from reception counter staff was not particularly friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is in great location. Great ocean view in balcony room. One street over is a no car, walking street( La Rambla) similar to Barcelonas La Rambla. Room comfortable. However, very upset hotel policy is they charge 5 Euros to get ice. I've never stayed at any hotel where they charge for ice. The staff are forced to tell us the customer and gear our upset as they too agree it is ridiculous. Hotel management needs to fix this. It feels like a money grab and for this. I don't recommend this hotel chain unless they fix this.

Very clean but rooms are smaller than they appear in the ads. Also there is only 1 chair and no stands for suitcases.

Great location. We lived the amenities, making great use of the gym and pools. Room was well kept, bed comfy, great bathroom. Sea view ❤️Staff were friendly and welcoming. This was our first H10 hotel; we’d stay in another one without hesitation.
