Good for a quick stay

Location is good. Housekeeping is very low, Bed is worn out, not comportable.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. The beds are nice and the room is clean. My hotel window view was good. This place is close to all of the places that I like to visit including the mall. This is my number 1 hotel for São Paulo. My only complain during this stay: The liquid soap dispenser was near empty and there were no soap bars.

Front desk could have been more helpful. Some were but not others.

Convenient location, clean rooms, friendly staff. Great breakfast and facilities. Comfortable stay!

Hotel stay was good, perfect for staying a few days in São Paulo. I had a flight that fit in early morning and they were very accommodating.
