The hotel staff were very friendly and always smiling. We checked in early and were contacted via WhatsApp if our room card was ready. Excellent service. The room was very comfortable, with a view of Mount Panderman in the morning. Easy access to Malang and Batu.

Perfect 💯. Clean rooms, friendly service, delicious and varied breakfast, and prayer mats and Qurans are provided in the room. The super deluxe room comes with a free dinner of delicious rawon fried rice. The parking lot seems a bit small, but the staff are quick to assist with valet parking.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the menu offered a wide selection of food. Even better, all the rooms smelled wonderful. The lobby was also spacious and beautiful, very comfortable.

Perfect for a family vacation. The facilities are complete, spacious, and clean. The service is very satisfying and friendly. We stayed on the 9th floor and even had dinner on the rooftop. The wait was a bit long, but overall, it was a very nice, aesthetically pleasing hotel.

Our less-than-pleasant experience while staying here was the complimentary dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel. I wasn't the only one who felt the same way; the drinking glasses still smelled unpleasant. Sorry, but it smelled a bit off. Perhaps in the future, they could be more careful; they shouldn't just be clean, but also deodorized. So, when we drank from the small glasses, whether we filled them with juice or tea, the glasses had an unpleasant odor.

This is my umpteenth time staying at Rayz UMM, and I've always received excellent service. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and the food is delicious. It's simply fantastic.

The implementation of housekeeping SOPs needs to be reviewed to ensure the suitability between operational procedures and guest comfort aspects, especially regarding housekeeping activities carried out while guests are still in the room.
