Couldn’t find fault with this hotel. On top of beach and old town , with lots of bars and restaurants . Staff polite , friendly and helpful . Spacious, quiet , clean and comfortable beds. This will always be the hotel for us when visiting Benidorm.

Second stay here and standards still just as high as when first opened. Great staff and food is excellent. The roof terrace is a must

Lovely hotel which cannot be faulted in any way. Staff friendly & helpful, breakfast was good. Plenty of choice and food hot. Lovely pool area and spa. Room was clean, bright and there was plenty of room. Good location opposite beach and short walk to old town.

The hotel is in a prime location, clean and has friendly staff. Would return.

Nice short stay close to.old town

Hotel is right on the beach front in an excellent location, just at the side of the old town with easy walking distance. The hotel is very clean and well presented, staff were very nice on checking in. The food was nice for both breakfast and our evening meals. We went in the hotel spa a few times as the weather was not great, the Spa is nice and relaxing with a small hydro pool and Sauna. I would look to book there without hesitation.

Fabulous location and 1st stay at H10. Side view room. Unfortunately no searoom views available. Fab food ..went H/B. Great staff, very clean. Definitely recommend

A fantastic hotel! Right on the beach in a great location. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and made our stay just right. The pool area and bar at the hotel are brilliant and the food excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent modern hotel with great facilities, in a perfect location close to old town. I loved the roof terrace and pool with beautiful views. We had a junior suite with sea view and balcony which was worth the upgrade. My only criticism is the food in the evening in the restaurant as I am a vegetarian and there was limited choice. If I came back again I would only do bed & breakfast.

We really loved this hotel. Beautiful and bright walking in, rooms are lovely, huge bathroom and everything was very clean. Breakfast was exceptional, loads of choices, fresh and well prepared. The rooftop bar is a great place to sit and relax with a stunning view. But the standout has to be the staff, they were all very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. In my opinion, they were what tips this hotel into being really great. Will definitely be back

Room was very clean, it was an Atrium so no balcony. Very comfortable bed and 3 great pillows. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. We’ve stayed in this hotel a few times already. Always been excellent, apart from one negative and this is the first time for this hotel. The toilet had a bad drains smell throughout the stay. Had to keep bathroom door closed at all times.

Staff 9/10 - Ana on reception was lovely, always smiling, some restaurant staff could be more attentive and polite Hotel 10/10 - overall a beautiful place Rooms 9/10 - twin beds annoying for use as a double as they pushed apart too easily! Aircon a bit hit and miss Bathrooms 9/10 small details Best thing LOCATION 10/10!! Right on the beach Rooftop pool and bar 9/10 pool freezing and drinks more expensive than other places we visited

If not for the restaurant, we would return without a second thought. If we were to, given the high standard of the other facilities, we would not even contemplate breakfast given a poor half-board experience. Reception - Excellent Room - excellent, but for fibres around the room, especially with the headboard Reception - Excellent Gym - Excellent Spa area - Very good Bar - Excellent food and ambience Restaurant - Much to be desired. Slow turnover of tables, causing large delays. The hotel specific app indicates a booking system, but was told when arriving at the selected time that it was a throwback from Covid and that we needed to wait. Time given was inaccurate, and though captain had done his best to relay our disappointment, the head waiter dismissed us by speaking to the captain in Spanish (me da igual) which was not appreciated due to the tone, words used or the choice to say in Spanish when addressing customers in English.
